What's Covered

Every ORA Furniture piece is backed by our comprehensive 5-year structural warranty — covering six critical components of your furniture from the day it arrives in your home.

Frame Structure

Full coverage of all solid hardwood frame joints, dowels and connecting components against structural failure under normal residential use.

Spring System

Eight-way hand-tied springs and sinuous spring systems are covered against deformation, breakage and loss of support tension.

Fabric & Leather

Stitching integrity, seam separation and manufacturing defects in all upholstery materials — fabric, performance linen, velvet and leather.

Foam & Fill

High-density foam cores are warranted against premature compression loss exceeding 20% of original density under rated use conditions.

Legs & Bases

All furniture legs, pedestals and base components against instability, breakage or separation from the frame under normal load conditions.

Hardware

All mechanical components including hinges, drawer slides, locks, adjustable feet and recliner mechanisms for full function and reliability.

Exclusions

What's Not Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures — not the natural effects of time, accidents or misuse. The following are excluded from warranty coverage.

Email hello@orafurniture.ca or call 613-861-0620 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected area. We respond within one business day.

Assessment

Our team reviews your claim, determines whether it falls within warranty coverage, and advises the best course of action — repair, part replacement or full piece replacement as appropriate.

Resolution

We schedule the repair or replacement at your convenience. All work is performed by our trained technicians at no cost to you. Most claims are resolved within 2–3 weeks of approval.
