Yes. Every ORA Furniture order includes complimentary white-glove delivery Canada-wide. Our professional delivery team will bring your furniture into your home, assemble it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, and we will contact you 48 hours in advance to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Lead times vary by product type. In-stock items ship within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically require 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Fully bespoke commissions may take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery window when your order is placed, and a tracking update when it ships.

Absolutely. Customization is at the core of the ORA experience. Most of our collections are available in a range of fabrics, leather grades, wood finishes and powder-coat colours. We can also adjust dimensions to suit non-standard spaces. Visit our showroom to see material swatches in person, or request our sample pack by emailing hello@orafurniture.ca.

We use only premium, responsibly sourced materials. Our frames are solid Canadian hardwood (oak, walnut, maple). Upholstery options include performance linen, velvet, full-grain leather and top-grain leather. Foam cores are high-density (minimum 1.8 lb/ft³), wrapped in Dacron for shape retention. All finishes are water-based and low-VOC, making them safe for families and pets.

Yes. Our complimentary in-home design consultation service is available throughout Eastern Ontario and select regions. One of our experienced design consultants will visit your space, take measurements, review your style preferences and recommend pieces that work perfectly for your home. We offer a 30-day return window on all in-stock items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange complimentary pickup at no additional cost to you. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of item receipt and inspection. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

Our 5-year warranty covers structural defects in the frame, spring systems, foam density retention, fabric stitching integrity, leg stability and hardware function. If any covered component fails under normal residential use, we will repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty is transferable to a new owner within the original 5-year period. In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs before our delivery team leaves and note it on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately at hello@orafurniture.ca or 613-861-0620. We will arrange a replacement or repair at the earliest opportunity, with no cost to you whatsoever.
